BlockchainKid posts an article which you can read here: https://medium.com/@blockchainkid/whisper-an-eos-whistleblower-initiative-e86434c16114

Thomas Cox finds the article intriguing. Bob_by Bsh says that it will create more of the perceived threat to colluders which will definitely benefit. He continues as follows: “While the quest to reach out to Huobi pro ex-employee I discovered some of the concerned Chinese whistleblowers wanted to be protected or anonymous to even file dispute. They would go to great length to provide all evidence without being named, because of the repercussions/ban/intimidation threats which could come their way. This is great for such people who could if have invested interest get back something for coming out. But on other hand this framework still leads us to what happens when we have evidence.”

User Sun Tzu says that the need or perceived benefit for whistleblowers is well know. But implementation lags because it’s actually quite hard to do. There are two big problems with whistleblowing. The first being that the target of the whistleblower is going to react. And generally in the most vicious way possible. The second being that the the whistleblower might be lying.
User Kevin Rose also responds on the article posted by BlockchainKid, he supports all of this until the mention of network funding. If the community wants that, great, if not, that’s ok too. But there’s nothing stopping private individuals from forming any sort of group with the outputs being an ECAF claim and a bounty for whistleblowers.
